Announcement of import tariffs for paint tools from China to Iran

Iran Customs has announced tariffs on the import of paint tools from China. According to the guidelines, imports of this group of goods will be subject to customs duties of about 2 percent, import duties plus commercial profits of about 4 to 8 percent, and value-added tax of 10 percent. Importers must also include other ancillary costs, including duties, warehousing, and clearance costs, in their calculations.

Trade experts emphasize that to accurately determine the tariff rate, importers should check the HS code of their desired product in the customs system and receive an up-to-date inquiry. This measure will prevent unforeseen costs and facilitate the import process.
